New Home Construction in Metro Vancouver

Building a new home brings site, design, budget and construction decisions together. TEQO helps homeowners turn those decisions into a coordinated plan, from early preparation through construction and handover. We work with your design team and appropriately licensed professionals to connect the drawings with the practical work on site.

Discuss a new home

A plan shaped around your property

The starting point is your site and the home you want to build. Access, existing conditions, design development and material choices all influence the scope. Our construction role can include:

  • Pre-construction planning and scope development
  • Coordination with architectural and engineering professionals
  • Permit-application coordination within the agreed scope
  • Trade procurement, site supervision and construction sequencing
  • Progress communication, change tracking and project closeout

From early decisions to handover

  1. Establish the brief

Discuss how you will use the home, your priorities, available site information and budget expectations. Identify decisions that need further investigation.

  2. Coordinate the design

Review developing drawings with the project team, raise construction questions and assess how selections affect cost and sequencing.

  3. Prepare the build

Define the construction scope, responsibilities and pricing basis. Coordinate procurement, required approvals and a working schedule before site activities begin.

  4. Manage construction

Coordinate trades and monitor progress against the agreed scope. Review changes with you and track outstanding items through handover.

Common questions

Can TEQO work with our architect or designer?

Yes. We can coordinate construction with your appointed team, with each professional retaining responsibility for their own services.

When should we involve a builder?

Early discussions can help identify construction questions while the design is developing. Existing drawings are useful, but you can also begin with a site and a brief.

When can you provide a budget and schedule?

Their detail depends on the available design, site information and selections. Early estimates need to be refined as the scope becomes clearer.
